INSTRUCTIONS



Task 1

Requirement: Look for any app that you feel needs to be improved. What needs to be improved? Look for an app with poor UI design, and bad user experience. Prepare a simple report of the findings using Google Slides.

I am a user of the public bank app. I had some bad experiences in the process of using their app, so I decided to choose its app as the topic of this assignment.

Feedback

Week2:

  • Comparison with a better banking app (exp: MAE by Maybank 2u, CIMB Clicks).
  • Use a symbolic colour ( Colour that is related to the branding).
Week 4:
  • Competitive analysis is part of the research but not a user research.
  • Need to do survey. Find out whether other pb user have the same issue. (Show the screenshot if use online)
