1. Physical Collage

I don't have any magazines and posters in my house, so I decided to find pictures from Pinterest and print them out. All the materials I used can be found in the link I have attached above.

Pre-Composition 1:

For composition 1, I collage various objects that I like in nature and present it like a photo in a frame.

Everybody loves travelling, me too. This is a combination of the place I wanted to visit and the life I wanted to experience. There are also different seasons inside of it, such as a cold mountain in Switzerland or a hot beach in Hawaii. Bringing a backpack and walking around the world, tasting the food from all over the world and meeting and learning about different cultures from other countries.

Feedback: The idea is good, but there is a bit empty at the bottom part.

Pre-Composition 3:
Figure 3-pre-composition of physical collage

This is a composition introducing Johann Sebastian Bach—a German composer. It included what musical instruments Bach plays, and where Bach was born.

Final physical collage:

I added a black background at the second half part to make it more layered and added a flight ticket at the right bottom part. I have also done some arrangements again to look better.

2. Digital Collage

Feedback: Three of my compositions are too messy, and it is hard to catch the main topic that I want to express. It should have a main focus point that lets people see the topic.

Finalize Digital Collage:

I adjusted the fish colour to red to make the contrast stronger and lower others' tones, making it look more easier to catch on the main object that I wanted to show.
